Preferred Roofing and Improvements was established in 1997 by Mike Ehrhardt. Mike started in the construction industry in 1989. His employment consisted of commercial/ residential steep and low slope roofing, architectural sheet metal, residential siding, windows, doors and trim. Seeing a need for a full service, quality conscience, exterior contractor, he started Preferred Roofing and Improvements to provide just that. Mike can be found working on or overseeing all projects to maintain our high level of workmanship.
